Birkby House 1st Floor - Buffet Layout

This is a sample floor plan for an indoor function with a buffet or partial served meal for up to a maximum of 60 people with seating in the ballroom, front parlor, and on the terrace. The band area and dance floor are placed on the terrace, which can be covered and heated if necessary.
