The Birkby House has seven beautifully appointed meeting rooms where you will be pleased to host clients and where your staff will put in a productive day. All rooms are heated and air conditioned by a zoned central system and are equipped with Internet connectivity. AV equipment is also available.

Meeting capacity in the Carriage House is 60 attendees, theater style, in the upper level room. The Ballroom in the residence will accommodate 40 guests in the same fashion or 21 conference style. There are five additional meeting rooms in the home. Room rates include tables (seminar or conference) and comfortable upholstered chairs. Refreshment or beverage service is available. Guests will find fine dining within an easy walk of the Birkby House, or catered meals can be arranged. The ground floor of the Birkby House is handicapped accessible.

If you wish to include a social function following the business session, this is the perfect facility. The Birkby House has the space and the flexibility to accommodate different needs and events. A meeting might be scheduled in the carriage house with dining later in the main house. In the winter, five fireplaces keep the house warm and inviting for those who wish to sit back and conduct business informally or simply end their day by relaxing with refreshments or dinner.
