The Birkby House has seven beautifully appointed meeting rooms where you will be pleased to host clients and where your staff will put in a productive day. All rooms are heated and air conditioned by a zoned central system and are equipped with Internet connectivity. A selection of audiovisual equipment is also available.

Meeting capacity in the Carriage House upper level room is 40 attendees theater style, and 30, hollow-square. The Ballroom in the residence will accommodate 20 hollow-square. There are five additional meeting/breakout rooms in the home. Room rates include tables, comfortable upholstered chairs and beverage service. Guests will find fine dining within an easy walk of the Birkby House, or catered meals can be arranged. The ground floor of the Birkby House is handicapped accessible.

We offer a number of options for meal and break services including a Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There are also a number of restaurants within easy walking distance of the Birkby House.

The Birkby House has the space and the flexibility to accommodate different styles, needs and events including offering Social Events after your business meetings.
